The system diverges from the conventional industry norms with a lower working height,  less cluttered design for increased functionality, while saving  time and cost of installing conventional equipment inside a facility . The functional work deck hides all the plumbing and wiring underneath while confining  all brewery activities and mess to the  space efficient brewing pod that even collects the waste water! The raised deck provides clearance  to sink the brew house vessels partially bellow the work deck to permit much easier access to the Kettle and Mash Tun during operation. Because of the non-conical designed vessels, the  ergonomic design results in lowering the vessels center of gravity,  eliminating the need for ladders and steps to access the vessels.

The main multi-functional features of the Odyssey Brewmaster system are the 3-in-1 Kettle/Wort Cooler/Sparge Water Tank and 2-in-1 Mash/Reservoir, you can easily and efficiently brew beer and clean your vessels with this compact "Do it All" brewing system that uses steam instead of water to clean and sanitize all the vessels , saving 80% of the water and requiring none of the caustic chemicals commonly used by conventional systems . A system that is a loer cost to build because of the fewer components and stainless steel requirements. It is also cheaper to ship because of it's reduced size.  The world class beer recipe and optimized brewing parameters are vital brewery elements that are not expected when purchasing brewing equipment.

Our exclusive optional features include a "Stand Alone" option which includes powering the Odyssey Brewmaster by  a  35-kW diesel generator . The completely self contained system eliminates the usual infrastructure costs (plumbing and dished  concrete floors)  associated with conventional equipment setups, instead it conserves water ,energy and money in all steps of the process. The Odyssey Brewmaster has reduced electrical requirements and this enables the system to run a single  3 phase 240 Volt AC grid power supply. The reduction  to only essential electrical components also reduces the number of problems that can occur in this less complex way of making beer.
